Data controller

ETS MARIE SARL (SIREN 928 758 382), publisher of this site — reachable on +33 9 72 45 42 46 or via the call-back form.

What we collect

When you call or use the form, we process only what the call-out needs: name, phone number, the car's location and a description of the fault. If you use the "send my location" button, the coordinates are shown to you and shared only when you choose to read or send them to us.

What we do with it

Dispatch the technician, prepare the quote and the invoice. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. Call-back requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the publisher's own dispatch system.

Retention

Job-related data is kept as long as legally required for invoicing, then deleted.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, correction, deletion: call us on +33 9 72 45 42 46 or ask through the call-back form. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

Cookies

No cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics. A minimal, cookie-free visit counter run by the publisher records the page viewed and clicks on the call buttons — nothing that identifies you.
