What we collect

When you call or use the form, we process only what the call-out needs: name, phone number, the car's location and a description of the fault. If you use the "send my location" button, the coordinates are shown to you and shared only when you choose to read or send them to us.

What we do with it

Dispatch the technician, prepare the quote and the invoice. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Retention

Job-related data is kept as long as legally required for invoicing, then deleted.
