The battery van that speaks your language
Battery Rescue France does one thing at your location: car batteries — tested, boosted or replaced where the car stands. Built around English-speaking drivers in France, because a dead battery is stressful enough in your own language.
What we do
Three services, one van: a professional jump-start when the battery can be saved, a correctly-specified replacement (standard, Start-Stop, AGM, EFB — coded to the car) when it can't, and an honest battery / starter / alternator diagnosis when it isn't clear which. At airports, campsites, hotels, second homes, underground car parks — wherever the car actually is.
What we don't do
We don't move cars, and we don't pretend to fix what we can't. Our value is that the car drives away on its own wheels. When a fault is beyond battery, starter or alternator diagnosis, we say so plainly and point you to the right help — and we don't bill you for a service we didn't deliver.
How we work
Our own teams cover the Rhône and the Var coast; everywhere else, the call-out is delivered by vetted local partner technicians — people who actually work the area, which is why every town page on this site carries its own honest reach range instead of one national slogan. The price is agreed before the van moves, the invoice is itemised in English, and if a recharge is the honest fix, that's what you'll be sold.
Why the emphasis on honesty?
Because the roadside is where trust is cheapest to promise and hardest to deliver. Realistic ETAs, measured diagnoses, prices that match the quote, paperwork your insurer can actually use — that's the entire pitch.
