The people
Who turns up when you call
A dispatcher who takes the fault seriously in English, and a technician who tests before touching — whether it's our own team in the Rhône or on the Var coast, or one of our vetted local partners elsewhere.
The dispatch desk
Your first contact triages in plain English: what the car does when you turn the key, where it stands, and whether the honest answer is us, a DIY jump-start, or (for hire cars) the renter's own assistance line first. You get a price and a realistic ETA on that same call.
The technicians
Battery work looks simple until it's a boot-mounted AGM under a seat with a BMS that must be re-registered. Our technicians and partners work with professional boosters and conductance testers, carry standard/EFB/AGM stock, and follow the same rule everywhere: measure first, then recommend.
Named profiles
We're preparing individual technician profiles (photo, patch, speciality) for this page. We'd rather publish them slowly and real than quickly and decorative — no stock-photo "team" here.
The partner standard
Every partner covering a town on this site commits to: quoted-price-equals-invoice, test-before-replace, correct battery technology (no standard units into Start-Stop cars), certified recycling of old batteries, and English-capable job handling with our dispatch supporting the conversation.
